Description:
Quadmanor is a home located across the street from the Coconino National Forest.
This home sleeps 5 to 8 people with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and comes
completely furnished including dishes, cooking utensils, bread maker and baking supplies.
You can cook, bake, grill and make espresso; all spices and condiment are supplied.
There are plenty of linens, blankets and towels and a washer\dryer. There is cable television,
dvd, and unlimited wireless and wired high speed internet along with a computer. You have unlimited
long distance calls from anywhere within the United States. The back yard balcony wraps around the
cabin to the front and overlooks the Coconino National Forest. There is a gas barbecue grill on the deck and
a table with a fire pit. During the Winter season, there is usually plenty of snow on the deck for the makings of a snowman or an igloo.

A jetted tub is in the upstairs bathroom. Both upstair and downstairs bedrooms are large with king-size beds and
private bathrooms.
The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and a remote dvd/radio player along with an electric all season fireplace.

Things To Do:
Munds Park is about 19 miles south of Flagstaff Arizona and 13 miles to Sedona. Other popular sites nearby are the
dormant volcanos at Sunset Crater National Monument, the Indian ruins at Wupatki and Walnut Canyon, Meteor Crater
(the world’s largest), Oak Creek’s red rock canyons and Monument Valley. The San Francisco Peaks attract people all
year. Aspen forests sport bright yellow colors in the fall and wild flowers appear each spring. Around Christmas is usually an
abundance of snow.
Many recreational activities are found in Flagstaff, Sedona and the forest. Munds Park is a community
of ATV riders with hundreds of forest scenic trails to journey. In the winter months the forest welcomes your snowmobiles
and in the warmer seasons the scenic adventures begin. You drive the quads from Quadmanor into the forest or into Sedona.
There are many scenic trail to choose from each with a unique geological fingerprint. The forest has six nearby lakes
and a volcanic cinders mountain which provides spectacular views of the San Francisco Peaks.
Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff has historic and modern telescopes and is open to
the public. The planet Pluto was discovered at this observatory.
About 70 miles further north of Flagstaff is the Grand Canyon; a top area attraction with some five
million visitors annually.
